The house / Tan Residence is located in Jakarta. Artchitect Chrystalline has designed this building and create a home with good air circulation and natural lighting within the site. This house offers a large garden as a personal view, living room and master room. The skin covering the whole surface of the marble facade of the building.
Cantilevered stairs with frameless glass fence is positioned next to the living room and serves as the vertical circulation at the top level of the house. Upstairs, a bridge located between the master bedroom, children’s bedroom and study room. This right across the bridge in the middle of the void, so that owners can see whether the activity in the living room, dining room, study room or master bedroom.
