Karaka Bay House & Photos – Stevens Lawson Architect
The building was designed by Stevens Lawson architects for a client who has lived for 35 years and wanted a new house with a nice atmosphere. Located on the edge of a cliff overlooking the Waitemata harbor island chocolate in each box and formed from concrete with different proportions to create a variety of interior space. On the top floor of a bedroom, to a lower level is the living room and a mid-level family room. There is a large spiral staircase that connects the three vertical levels.
