Using the material elements of urban wood exterior is rough sawn timber with a horizontal screen using a standard batten farm fencing. The size of the rooms must be minimized to develop space, efficient flexible life that connects easily to outdoor areas. It aims to maximize the views, either towards the sea during the reserve across the road, and climbed back from the hill that dominates the site to residential Otama.
