Decorative Flower Pot and Planters
Garden containers do not need to just terra-cotta. Our ideas for creative flower pots and containers will enhance the beauty of its contents. Mix pigment with matte medium (paint extender available at craft stores and art-supply) to the desired shade – we combined shades of blue, purple, and white – and add a little water to thin the paint as needed. This is a good idea to mix a small amount first to find your perfect color, then increase the proportion for larger batches. Use foam brush to coat the outside of the pots (one coat will do), then let it dry overnight. Pigments are strong and will stain your clothes, so mix and apply it carefully.[site]
