Cabin Renovation of Wooden House In Vashon Island By Vandeventer + Carlander Architects
This is a result of the renovation of cabin story with the design concept evolved into a small addition, replacing the previous exterior deck. Located on Vashon Island, Washington, USA. Vandeventer + Carlander Architects designed a concept design of a wooden box “insertion” that extends to the main structure. Created an open sliding door, large glass windows on the main floor as extending beyond the interior to entertain the residents. The number of spaces like the main bedroom, bathroom and kitchen is designed like a wooden box.
